Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £25; otherwise it costs £3.49. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status any time on our Track my order page.

Returns

Not happy? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email Info@binderbeast.co.uk with your order reference and we'll send you the return details.

If your binder arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
