Christmas questions
When do I need to order for Christmas?
We'll add our last order date for Christmas here once Royal Mail confirms its Christmas posting dates. Gift cards are emailed, so they can be sent right up to Christmas Day.
How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
UK delivery is free on orders over £25.00, otherwise £3.49. Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.
Can I send it as a gift with no prices?
Yes. Tick “Is it a gift?” at checkout and we leave the prices off the packing slip, so it works as a gift receipt. You can add a gift message too, and we'll print it on the slip.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

What if it's the wrong one?
Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Email us with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
Can I send a gift card instead?
Yes. Binder Beast gift cards from £10 to £100 come in a Christmas design and are emailed straight away or on the date you choose, valid for two years.
